While using Channeltivity, Admin Users can click the Help link in the Utility Navigation, then select "Contact Channeltivity Support." These requests go directly to our Support Team at support@channeltivity.com.

Secure File Upload:


To protect sensitive information, we ask that you use the Secure File Upload feature to share files with our Support Team. This feature ensures that your data is transmitted securely and remains confidential. Please follow the steps below to upload a file:


  1. In the top right corner of the portal, click the question mark icon > Secure File Upload.
  2. Click the "Upload File" button to upload your file > Save. 
  3. After uploading your file, the system will generate a secure download link. Copy the link and paste it into your message to Channeltivity Support.
