The Referral Links functionality within the Referral module allows Partners to generate a personalized link to share with their prospects. When prospects click the link, they are directed to the Partner User's dedicated page, where they can submit a form to request more information. Upon submission, the form automatically creates a Referral under the Partner's Channeltivity account.
This workflow simplifies the Referral process by removing the requirement for Partners to log in to Channeltivity for each Referral capture. Additionally, it enhances the reach of Referral activities, contributing to a more efficient and user-friendly Referral experience within Channeltivity.
How Do I Enable Referral Links?
You can enable Referral Links by going to Settings > Referrals > Referral Links > Enable.
Once enabled, you can customize the public-facing Referral form's Title, the Page Description that appears at the top of the form, and the Confirmation Message that appears on the screen once the form is submitted.
How Do Referral Links Work?
Once enabled, the Partner User logs into Channeltivity and gets their individual Referral Link from the Referral page by clicking the "New" button > Capture Referrals with My Referral Link.
The User copies their unique Referral Link by clicking the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
The User shares the link with their prospects, and prospects that click the link are directed to the User's dedicated page containing a form that requests more information.

How can I access a Partner User's unique Referral Link?
With the Referral Links functionality enabled, Internal Users can access any Partner User's Referral Link by going to the Referral module and clicking the "New" button > Capture Referrals with My Referral Link and selecting the name of the Partner User whose Referral Link they wish to access.
