Partner Users:

Which Deals a Partner User can see varies on their level of access:


  • Register & View All Deals: allows Partners Users to view Deals assigned directly to them as a User and Deals assigned to other Users within their Organization.
  • Register Deals: allows Partner Users to view only Deals that are assigned to them directly as a User.

Distributor Users:

Deal Registration access for Distributors includes many configuration options, but in basic form gives your Distributors visibility and access to Partner Deal Registrations. Learn more about this topic here: What Is the Distributor Module and How Does It Work with Deal Registrations?.


  • Register & View All Deals: Allows Distributor Users to register Deals and view Deals assigned to their Distributor Organization.
  • Register Deals: Read-only access to all Deals assigned to their Distributor Organization

Internal Users:

The Internal User level of access to the Deal Registration module affects which Deals they can see. Please note that permissions are cumulative and combine access.


  • Deal Registration Administration: Full access to all Deals and Deal Registration Settings.
  • Deal Registration Management: Full access to all Deals without the ability to delete.
  • Deal Registration Partner Manager permission can view/manage:
    • Deals registered by Partners that they're assigned to as a Partner Manager. You will have to assign Users to the appropriate Partner Organizations as Manager for this permission to work. Learn more about this topic here.
    • Deals assigned to them directly (Internal Assignee)
  • Deal Registration Partner Region Manager: Allows Users to see all Deals registered by Partners located in the Regions they are assigned to as Manager. You will have to assign Users to the appropriate Regions as Manager for this permission to work. Learn more about this topic here.

Q: Can Partner Users from other Partner Organizations see each other's Deals? 

A: No, it is not possible for Partner Users to see Deals registered by Partner Users from other Partner Organizations as Deals are not shared between Partner Organizations. 


Q: Can Distributor Users see Deals assigned to Users at other Distributor Organizations?

A:  No, Distributor Users cannot see Deals assigned to Users from other Distributor Organizations, as they can only view Deals assigned to their own Distributor Organization.
