You have the option to send Referrals to Partners as Leads. To ensure a smooth transition, you can map custom fields on the Referral to the Lead entity in Channeltivity. This allows the data to be carried over when the referral becomes a Lead. To configure this, simply go to Settings > Referrals > Referral Conversion Field Mapping.
To add a field mapping, click the "Add Mapping" button.
You'll then use the Referral and Lead dropdown menus to map custom fields on the Referral to the Lead entity.
If the field does not yet exist on the Lead, you can create it by clicking the "Create New Field" button.
Confirm or edit the field's name > Save.
Click the "Add" button to add the mapping, and then click "Save" to save your changes.
