The Quiz and Question Completions Reports in the Training & Certification module give you the ability to track Users' overall Quiz performance and responses to Quiz questions. By analyzing the data, you can gauge the effectiveness of your training materials and methods. It also helps you to understand which topics or concepts are well understood by Users and which areas may require further clarification or reinforcement.
You can access the Reports by hovering over the "Training & Certification" module in the left navigation menu and selecting "Reports."
Quiz Completions Report:
The Quiz Completions Report allows you to track Users' overall Quiz performance. It includes all of the Users that have completed Quizzes, their scores, and whether or not they passed.
You can use the "Course, Quiz" filter on the left to filter the data by a specific Course and Quiz. You also have the option to selectively view Quizzes with passing scores or Quizzes with failing scores using the "Quiz Was Passed" filter.
Question Completions Report:
The Question Completions Report allows you to track how Users responded to Quiz questions. It includes all of the Users that have completed Quizzes along with their answers to each Quiz Question. The "Answer is Correct" column in the report will include a checkmark for Questions answered correctly and no checkmark for Questions answered incorrectly. 
You can use the filter area on the left to filter the data by "Course, Quiz, and Question." You can also choose to view only correct or incorrect answers using the "Answer is Correct" filter.
