Yes, you can use the Training & Certification module to train, test, and certify Internal Users. The Internal Users must be assigned to a Group with one of the below permissions enabled: 


  • Training & Certification Module View All Access at my Org: Users can complete Courses and obtain Certifications. They can also see the Completions of other Users at their Organization/Company. 
  • Training & Certification Module Access: Users can complete Courses and obtain Certifications. They cannot see the Completions of other Users at their Organization.


Internal Users with Administration access to the Training & Certification module are not eligible to complete Courses and Certifications. This includes any Internal User assigned to an Internal Group with the below permissions enabled: 


  • System Administration: Full access to all modules and administrative functions. It also includes the ability to create Courses, Lessons, Quizzes, and Certifications. 
  • Training & Certification Module Administration - Includes administrative access to Courses and Certifications, enabling the creation of Courses, Lessons, Quizzes, and Certifications.
