The Co-Branded Collateral module allows you to upload content to your portal and designate it as co-brandable by your Partners. The tool lets you define specific Content Areas where Partners can customize the piece by adding their logos, contact information, and text about their company.

Once you've defined your Content Areas, you can publish the Asset making it visible to Partners.

Partners can then co-brand the Asset by updating the Content Areas with their logo and contact information.

After updating the Content Areas, the system generates a downloadable co-branded Asset for the Partner that is stored in the "Generated Collateral" section of the module.

FAQs:

Can Partners see Assets that other Partners have cobranded with their logo and contact information?

No. Partner Users can only see collateral generated by the Users at their Organization.

Can Partners see images other Partners have uploaded to the Co-Branded Collateral module?

No. Partners can only see images uploaded by Users within their Organization.

Does the Co-Branded Collateral module use the logo dipslayed in the Partner Organization's Profile in Channeltivity to populate Logo Content Areas?

The logo uploaded to the Partner Organization's Profile is not utilized in the CoBranded Collateral module, as it may not always align with the specific dimensions required for the Asset's Logo Content Areas. Instead, Partner Users are prompted to upload a logo that fits the required dimensions for the Asset's Logo Content Area.

Once uploaded, the image will be available for selection in future Assets that include compatible Logo Content Areas.

The image is also stored under the Co-Branded Collateral's "Images" tab in the left navigation menu, allowing Partner Users to view and manage images specific to their Organization.
