The Lost Reason setting enables the Partner to close out Leads using Lost Reasons. This allows for better tracking of Leads. To update and/or create a Lost Reason:
- Go to Settings > Lead Distribution > Lost Reasons
- Select Lost Reasons from the Lead Distribution menu settings.
- Click New Lost Reason.
- Add your Lost Reason and Description.
- Click Save.
- To Delete or Edit an existing Lost Reason, click the Actions button next to the Reason
- Click Save.
Lost Reasons Screen
