The system can send Automatic Email Reminders to the various Users within Channeltivity to keep them engaged. To enable and configure these reminders, go to Settings > Email > Automatic Email Reminders. 


Edit Email Reminders:

  1. In the Settings section, set the time and add an email subject line. 
  2. Click Save.

Can I customize the Reminder templates?

The Reminder Templates are not customizable. However, you can add text/special instructions to Reminders by updating the Description field when configuring a Reminder.
